Store Policy

Clean and Care

  • Avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals such as perfume and cosmetics as it will cause the material to wear off quicker than intended.

  • Avoid wearing to exercise.

  • Avoid wearing to the ocean or chlorinated water.

  • Our jewelry can be cleaned daily with a microfiber cloth.

  • The stones set on our jewelry can be cleaned by using diluted dishwashing detergent, soft bristle brush to clean, thereafter blow-dry with a dryer, to help maintain the shine.


We provide a Lifetime Warranty for all our solid gold jewelry, which includes the following benefits for the first year:


One-time Free:

  • Re-plating or Polishing

  • Repair of a broken chain or parts

  • Resizing of 14K/18K rings

Please note that stone replacement will be chargeable, dependent on the condition of the jewelry.

After the first year, the following services will be chargeable:

  • Re-plating or polishing at $30 per piece.

  • Repairing broken chains or parts, up to $50 per piece.

  • Resizing of 14K/18K rings, depending on the condition of the jewelry.


We provide a Lifetime Warranty for all our 18K vermeil gold jewelry, which includes the following benefits for the first year:


One-time free:

  • Vermeil re-coating

  • Repair of broken chain or parts

  • Stone replacement

  • Resizing for our vermeil rings cannot be done, hence, size exchange will always be done. Exchange can only be done within 7 days from date of purchase and must be in wearable condition.

Subsequent services after one year:

  • Vermeil recoating will be chargeable at $30/pc.

  • Repair of broken chains or parts will be chargeable, up to $50/pc.

  • Stone replacement will be chargeable depending on the condition of the jewelry

For International Orders: 

  • International shipping fees for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer and postage for both ways will be covered by customer.

Exchange and Refund Policy

All orders are final as they are immediately processed in our system. Refunds will not be allowed once order has been placed. In the event where we do not have the item in stock, customer will be contacted by our team. In this case, customer can choose to wait for the stock to arrive, or exchange to another item that is available. We stand by the quality of our products, however, in the event where the item(s) received is/are defective, we will exchange the item(s) for you within 7 days. (Excluding postage fee if required by customer). Alternatively, you can drop by our store at 111 Somerset or contact us for the location to drop your item(s) off at our pop-up booths.
