Shipping Methods

1. Local Shipping​

  • For all online orders, we offer free smartpac mailing under Singpost. Tracking number will be provided once the item(s) has/have been mailed out.

  • Delivery time for smartpac mailing: 2-3 working days. 

  • Our company will not be responsible for failed delivery attempt due to incorrect address given by customer during online and offline purchases. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the service provider themselves once the parcel has been sent out by us.

2. International Shipping​

  • We offer free international registered mail to most countries for orders above $400. 

  • Delivery times vary depending on location

  • Tracking number will be provided once the package has been sent out.

  • Please refer below for international transit time.

  • Our company will not be responsible for paying any applicable taxes, custom duties, or fees associated upon receiving their shipment.

  • Our company will not be responsible for failed delivery attempt due to incorrect address given by customer during online and offline purchases. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the service provider themselves once the parcel has been sent out by us. 

Return & Exchange Policy

  • All orders are final as they are immediately processed in our system.

  • Refunds will not be allowed once order has been placed. In the event where we do not have the item in stock, customer will be contacted by our team.

  • In this case, customer can choose to wait for the stock to arrive, or exchange to another item that is available.

  • We stand by the quality of our products, however, in the event where the item(s) received is/are defective or damaged, we will exchange the item(s) for you within 7 days. (excluding postage fee if required by customer). Alternatively, you can drop your item(s) off at our pop-up booths. 

  • Returns for international orders will be fully borne by customers and must be done within 14 days after receiving item(s)

  • Custom orders: Unfortunately, once we proceed with the customised order(s), we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refund unless they arrived damaged or defective.
