All orders are final as they are immediately processed in our system. Refunds will not be allowed once order has been placed. In the event where we do not have the item in stock, customer will be contacted by our team. In this case, customer can choose to wait for the stock to arrive, or exchange to another item that is available. Clean and Care
- Avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals such as perfume and cosmetics as it will cause the material to wear off quicker than intended.

- Our jewelry can be cleaned daily with a microfiber cloth.
- The stones set on our jewelry can be cleaned by using diluted dishwashing detergent, soft bristle brush to clean, thereafter blow-dry with a dryer, to help maintain the shine.
